Because of the nature of these digital services, which start being executed and delivered upon order confirmation, the refund rules differ from those applicable to physical products, in line with the immediate character of the service.

Refund cases

Order not executed: if the service has not been delivered at all, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
Order partially executed: if only part of the service has been delivered, you are entitled to a partial refund proportionate to the undelivered part.
Order fully executed: once the service has been delivered in full and in conformity with the order, no refund is owed, as the service has been provided and consumed.

Shared responsibility from the customer

To ensure successful execution of the service, the customer must make sure that their account on the relevant platform is public (Public) and not private, and that the link or username provided is correct. If execution is made impossible by incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong link, private account or incorrect username), this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Defective or non-conforming products or services

In line with consumer rights, if the service rendered does not conform to the description announced, you may contact us to find an appropriate solution — re-execution or refund, depending on the case.

Method and timing of refunds

Refunds are processed via the original payment method used at purchase, within a reasonable time from the date the request is accepted. The time for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
