Terms of service

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of our online store and of the services provided by CA LABS LLP ("we" or the "Company"). Please read them carefully. By completing any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Legal capacity

By using our services and completing your purchase, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and that you use a payment method that belongs to you or for which you have authorization. You alone are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout.

2. Description of services

We provide digital services related to social-media platforms, including without limitation increasing follower counts, likes and views on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. These services begin executing after order confirmation, and delivery may take place progressively to preserve the integrity of the account.

3. Customer responsibilities

To ensure the proper execution of the service, the customer agrees to:

Provide a correct link or a correct username for the targeted account.
Ensure that the targeted account is public — not private — throughout the duration of service execution.
Refrain from changing the username or privacy settings while the order is being processed.
Own the targeted account, or have obtained its owner’s permission to request the service for it.

4. No guarantee of results and relation to external platforms

If the service cannot be executed due to the customer breaching any of the obligations above, the Company is not liable and this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Our services are entirely independent of social-media platforms and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. We make every effort to deliver the service to the best standard, but do not guarantee specific or lasting results, as outcomes may be affected by platform policies and updates beyond our control.

The customer acknowledges that using such services may conflict with the terms of certain platforms, and that they alone bear any risk that may arise from it, including any action the platform may take against their account. The Company is not liable for any suspension, restriction or removal of the customer’s account by the platform.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable charges. Payment is collected upon order confirmation. No order is executed before payment has been fully completed.

6. Cancellation and refunds

All cancellation and refund cases are governed by our refund and cancellation policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please refer to it for full details.

7. Acceptable use

The customer agrees not to use our services for any unlawful or improper purpose, and not to misuse the store or attempt to harm it or its systems.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including the trade name, logo, texts and designs, is owned by the Company and protected under applicable laws. It may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is". Within the limits permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the services. In any case, the Company’s liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the service in question.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of the country alone have jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise from them.

11. Changes to the Terms

The Company is entitled to update these Terms from time to time. Any change takes effect from its date of publication on this page, and your continued use of the services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
